The lobby of the Embassy Suites in McAllen, Texas is filling up and the breakfast area is clearing out as Episcopalians from all over South Texas are gathering for the 108th Annual Council of the Diocese of West Texas. The best part of council is not the myriad of reports or votes on resolutions but rather the friendships rekindled and new friendships made. The wonderful health we share in the Diocese of West Texas is a result of the relationships and partnerships we have with one another in mission and ministry. Stay tuned for updates and other fun stuff! Pray for all of us as we take council for the life of the church and our life together in the Diocese of West Texas.
